Planning Applications
Should I Take Expert Advice Before Submitting a Planning Application?
Gaining planning permission for development proposals throughout the North of England, the RBA Town Planning Team add significant value to the Planning Application process by navigating this complex system of policy and procedures. Given our extensive knowledge and experience we are ideally placed to advise clients on development proposals that are likely to obtain permission and not refusal.
We recognise development proposals of all nature are a major investment of your finances, time and emotions; not getting it right from the start can have a significant impact upon all three. As former Local Authority Planners, having dealt with Planning Applications from ‘the other side’, we have the inside knowledge and experience required to work with you to create a scheme that is likely to gain approval.
Working together with our in house Architectural Consultant the RBA Team provide professional and experienced planning support from concept to construction. All of our planning applications are submitted with the detailed supporting documentation necessary to give your planning application the best possible start. During the application process, we make regular contact with the Local Authority Case Officer to guide the application towards an approval. Should objections be made, we are there to respond to overcome the objections. We take care of everything relieving you of as much stress as possible.
