Our in-house Architectural Consultant Simon is highly experienced in all areas of Architecture, from sports facilities, industrial buildings to Residential Dwellings. Simon’s career spans over 30 years which includes working for large scale Architectural Practices and leading House Builders.

We are able to provide Architectural Services in isolation to Town Planning Consultancy or together as a package both of which add significant advantage to the smooth running of any Planning Application. When developing design concepts, it is important that the resulting design is something that Planning Permission is likely to be granted, at RBA Town Planning the design process is a Team effort through Architectural Experience and Town Planning Policy knowledge and understanding.

Architectural Plans can be drafted for either Outline or Full Applications and are worked to Building Regulation Specification and Approval leaving you safe in the knowledge that the construction of your development will be to up to date Building Specifications.
